In addition to available and scientific literature, this material presents studies of projects and reorganisation, upgrading and change processes, as perceived and experienced by the participants. The material of these extended case studies –including their references to modern organisation theories– has been selected and arranged in a way to serve as course material and as a tool for training purposes.

Dr Coltof has worked as management consultant in similar projects in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East. He has also been employed as a part-time teacher in The Netherlands and abroad.
